When will my order arrive?
Depending on your region, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive from dispatch time. This is in order for us to keep the shipping costs for you at $0! If your item has taken more than 25 days, please contact us with your order details, and we will help you straight away.
Countries outside of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of the European region may experience longer shipping times, so please keep that in mind before ordering. In the case that your delivery date will exceed 5 weeks, we will email you notifying you of this.
Please be patient because your order is definitely arriving to you. If you live outside the previously mentioned regions and would like to know when your order will arrive, please contact us and we will let you know.
I've only received part of my order, where is the rest?
If you have ordered multiple items, it is very likely that they have been sent through different packages. Don't worry, this is normal. This is due to our offices being located in different states, and therefore, the dispatch and delivery time can differ between items. Rest assured all your items will arrive to you.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged or broken, we will refund 100% of the price of the item or send another item out to you at no extra cost, within 7 days of receiving the item. Orders reported damaged or broken after the 7 day reporting period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. A refund will only be administered when the customer sends a photo of the damaged or broken item.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can email our customer service team, and depending on the case, store credit may be given instead. We do not offer refunds if the customer wrongly selected an item or their different styles, changed their mind, or provided the wrong address. We do not accept exchanges.

Is this website only for golden retriever lovers?
My Goldie caters merchandise mainly to people who love golden retrievers, however, we have pet supplies that is suitable for any dog (and sometimes, even for cats). Though our website is mainly about goldies, we love every dog of every breed and size. Your dog (and you) can still be featured on our website even if they're not a goldie!
How can my dog and I be featured on the website?
Anyone who uses My Goldie is considered family to us, and we would love to hear your story. Our website will soon feature a blog dedicated to the people and dogs who love My Goldie. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your dog and/or you with a story about you and your best friend for a chance to be featured on our website. If you like our products, we would also love to see pictures of you and/or your pup using our products, along with a review, to be featured on the blog.
